You know, I seriously tried beating MM9 this way, but I couldn’t. For the life of me, I couldn’t hit Wily with the Mega Buster in his second phase. The Concrete Shot is the weakness, but I had people telling me I would hardly hit him with it.

I was hardly hit and I got the Concrete Shot on Wily every time. :/

I thought Magma Man was the hardest Robot Master. Tornado Blow doesn’t finished him off, though it only takes a few hits with the Mega Buster afterward. That is, if the weapon meter for the Tornado Blow was full.
